Expanding on the effort performed in the Intermediate Lesson, have the students create an online seedling care database that captures all the critical measurements for inputs and timing for stages involved in the seedling care process.

Have them track time to germination, time to first true leaves, and time to potting up as well as indications for how much to water and when to adjust lights at each stage.

This database should contain the vital growing information for all the primary plant varieties grown in the Lab. Make a printed or online digital copy available to each class and to local gardeners.
