Method
Phototropism is one of those things you cannot see but it’s effects can be quite obvious.
Repeat Charles Darwin’s experiment from the 1870s where he covered the tips of sprouts to determine the existence of auxin, the hormones responsible for phototropism.
Conduct the same experiment in your Lab. Can you reproduce the same results?
