Lesson Overview

Seed screens are invaluable tools for the garden and the seed saving process. This lesson provides students with the opportunity to take their seed screen designs to market.

Method

Once you’ve refined your screen designs, it’s time to share it with the world. Well, at least your community!

Create a set of design specs that can be shared with local gardeners. Host a fundraising event for your Lab where you can provide the specs for sale and host a workshop to show people how to build and use the screens. You might even want to make as many screens as you can in advance to sell at your seed saving workshop.
