Compost Collection
Lesson Overview
Method
A large scale composting operation would most likely involve multiple organizations, each managing a part of the process. And the amount of finished compost would likely be more than could be used at the school alone.
Outline a plan for the input sourcing, hauling, processing, marketing, and ultimately distribution of the finished product. What other entities would be involved? And how would you all share in the cost and profits?
